All our facilities are carefully cleaned and disinfected with special means after each change of guests.

The health of our guests and employees is a top priority for us. Therefore, we have developed a plan of measures for safe check-in and check-out of guests in accommodation units. All our guests check in at the reception, which is protected in accordance with the regulations of the health organization.

Cancellations will be free of charge up to 3 days before arrival for new bookings until the end of September. In case of late cancellation, 90% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, unused accommodation or early departure, 100% of the reservation will be charged. Exceptions are possible for some hotels.

If there are travel restrictions and arrival is therefore not possible, we also offer a change of reservation to 2021. Due to the emergency, it is possible to change the reservation for the same travel period, only with a period of one year, without additional fees. If you want to postpone your stay to another season, the price will be adjusted to the seasonal price difference for 2020, depending on the travel period.
